Who we are

A Scientific Office built around one idea: no gaps between disciplines

VeroMed exists to make market entry into Kenya predictable. We integrate Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Intellectual Property into a single engagement, providing one point of accountability from market entry through the product lifecycle.

Most entrants into Kenya split those three functions across separate suppliers. The gaps between them are where submissions stall, audits fail, and brand names have to be surrendered.

Our mission

Accelerate entry, strengthen compliance, protect brands.

To provide world-class regulatory, quality, and intellectual property support that accelerates market entry, strengthens compliance, and protects brands within Kenya’s evolving pharmaceutical landscape.

Our vision

Advance regulatory excellence across East Africa’s healthcare sector.

To shape East Africa’s pharmaceutical industry through trusted compliance, quality leadership, and regulatory integrity.

Our values

Five commitments we are measured against

Regulatory work is a trust business. These are the standards we hold ourselves to on every engagement, whether it is a single dossier or a multi-year retainer.

  • Evidence before opinion

Recommendations grounded in regulations, documented risk, and operational reality.

  • Inspection-ready thinking

Systems designed to withstand scrutiny, not merely satisfy requirements.

  • Single-point accountability

One engagement, one owner, no gaps between regulatory, quality, and IP responsibilities.

  • Proportionate compliance

Practical solutions matched to your product, risks, and stage of growth.

  • Long-term stewardship

Supporting compliance beyond approval and throughout the product lifecycle.

The VeroMed model

A Scientific Office, not a subsidiary

PPB requires foreign companies to operate through a licensed Scientific Office or an authorized Local Technical Representative. That obligation can be met in different ways, but for many entrants a Scientific Office provides the most efficient route to compliance.

Compliant representation

We act as the designated point of contact with PPB, handling submissions, correspondence, and the compliance obligations that come with them.

Without entity overhead

No local incorporation, payroll, premises, or statutory filings. You get the regulatory standing without the fixed cost base.

Confidentiality by design

Secure document-handling protocols, controlled access systems, and confidentiality agreements safeguard client information throughout the engagement.

Planning market entry?

Let’s map your pathway into Kenya — before you commit resources.

A short scoping conversation tells you which PPB pathway applies, what your dossier is missing, and what the realistic timeline looks like.
